Sukrin Icing (or Sukrin Melis) is a natural origin zero-calorie alternative to regular powdered sugar with the sweetness, flavor, and texture of powdered sugar.

Sukrin Icing dissolves more easily and is suitable for:

  • Cakes and desserts that are not baked (for example, cheesecake)
  • Cream cheese icing, buttercream
  • Glace icing made with water, lemon juice, or egg white*
  • Iced tea and other cold drinks
  • Smoothies
  • Decorating and dusting
  • Yogurt

Sukrin Icing is made of erythritol, which is made from glucose extracted from non-GM cornstarch, through a natural fermentation process. A small amount of steviol glycosides is added to obtain the same sweetness as regular powdered sugar.

It has no artificial colors, additives, or preservatives

Sukrin Icing may be used to replace regular powdered or icing sugar at a 1:1 ratio.

*When making glace icing, the best result is obtained by using half Sukrin Icing and half regular powdered sugar
